    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I support this Motion. It is true that the country is affected by rains and floods. Very many places which were previously not flooded are now experiencing floods. In Samburu East, we have lost about four people and some livestock. In my constituency, a place called ‘Ngelai’ has been cut off the market. The residents cannot access the markets. All the wards in my constituency are affected. Recently, some people had to be rescued using choppers. Too many schools are also affected. This is a countrywide disaster. The Government should release the emergency funds from the NG-CDF so that we can help our constituents."
