"content": "Paper today. This is for the simple reason that the matter of deployment of officers of the National Police Service (NPS) to the Republic of Haiti is very active before our courts of law. I want to go further and report to you that, indeed, interim orders were issued on the same matter by Justice EC Mwita on 6th October 2023. They have the effect of stopping the Republic of Kenya from attempting to take officers of NPS to the Republic of Haiti."
