"content": "someone is talking about lawyers or liars. There is a famous movie called Liar Liar about lawyers. For the record, I do not intend to be a liar, nor do I intend to become a lawyer. I have taken judicial and parliamentary notice of the court orders. The point I wanted to make is that there is no injunctive order against Parliament. The injunctive order is on those who are charged with the responsibility of deployment. The court order dated 23rd or 24th October is quite clear that those who are charged with the responsibility of deployment are the ones who are debarred from doing so. Parliament does not and has no capacity to deploy anybody other than to deploy Hon. Otiende Amollo on a trip to Rarieda, Mombasa or Turkey for other things."
