But from your ruling, you have clearly guided that under Standing Order 89 what is to be avoided is discussing the merits or demerits of the matter in court. On that, I am accordingly guided. However, the Report that has just been tabled as a Motion contains matters that touch on merits and demerits. Could you guide us on which part of the Report we can refer to during debate on this Motion? Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker."
