    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. For the record, I was in the joint meeting of the two Committees from the National Assembly and the Senate. I deliberated and I voiced my opposition to that Committee. I clearly stated that I was not able to attend the last Committee meeting when the Report was being finalised because I owe it to my people to be in the constituency when duty calls. I was there. I am talking about Sondu, Baringo, Lamu, North Eastern and other places because they are experiencing violence leading to the deaths of many people. It is the police who are charged with the responsibility to protect Kenyans yet these are the police we want to take away from Kenyans to Haiti. The Leader of the Majority Party should sometimes learn to be relevant himself instead of standing up on useless points of order. Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker."
