    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I also rise to support the Motion. Indeed, it is properly before this House. It is true that Kenya is a member of the UN. We have the responsibility to be our brother’s keeper. For avoidance of doubt, I want to refer this House to the Report of the Departmental Committee on Administration and Internal Affairs.
