    "content": "Burundi is sending its troops there. It is a Swahili and French-speaking nation. They are going to give support to our troops. Senegal is also sending its troops there. We are a global nation. We are an international community. When the world is not safe, we are not safe. Some gangs are terrorising locals in Haiti. Women are raped. Children are kicked out of their houses. Our police officers will give support to the Haiti police, train them and secure critical infrastructure. If a woman in Haiti is not saved, I am not saving Kenya. I support the Motion. I refer this House to Section 108(1) of the National Police Service Act."
