    "content": "There is a revolution now to ensure that we subsidise production and give Kenyans not only maize, but also affordable food and milk. With the heavy rains, our dairy farmers will produce milk. We must ensure that we have milk coolers and are able to convert the milk to powder and store it for any eventualities during the dry seasons.
