    "content": "This is a very important piece of legislation. It is a good one because the cost of public service or politics is very high. There is a perception out there that when you join politics or public service, by way of conflict of interest, you become rich very fast. When elections come, everybody wants to join politics. The same happens when public jobs are advertised. You normally see a huge number of people who are expressing interest. Even those who hold very good jobs in the private sector want to leave and come and do small jobs in the public sector because there are opportunities to make money. I really support this piece of legislation and hope that it can be used to tame the appetite for public service."
