    "content": " Hon. Temporary Speaker, before we move to the next Order, which is the Committee of Supply, I wish the Leader of Majority could listen to me. As you can see in the Supplementary Order Paper, I intend to move an amendment that concerns Parliament. We will not allow anything that impedes our roles of legislation, representation and oversight as a House. We must fight anything that hampers the quality of debate and work in this House. When the Executive prepares its Estimates, it must know that Parliament is an independent arm of Government which must be given its powers, authority and financial independence as stipulated in the Constitution."
