    "content": " Hon. Members, resume your seats. This is the Committee of Supply, where we allow various State organs and institutions to access money that we will appropriate in the Budget. We will go through all the Votes of the three arms of Government. We will start with the Executive. The first Vote is for the Office of the President. Remember that we had already appropriated these funds in the original Budget. Without much ado, we will hit the road running on this particular assignment."
