    "content": "Parliamentary Affairs does not lend itself to what we call equality of arms of Government. All arms of Government equally represent the people. We, therefore, need a justification on why there is an inordinate amount of increase to State House and a decrease on Parliamentary Affairs. I think we need to reject this one."
