    "content": " Hon. Temporary Chairman, I am concerned about the amount allocated to the State Department for Diaspora Affairs. I can see the allocation is for running diaspora and consular affairs. This is one of the mainstream investments for Kenyans who live in the diaspora. The money allocated is not fair. The Budget and Appropriations Committee must explain why the allocation is low. Alternatively, some money from the Office of the Deputy President meant for lobsters can be re-allocated to this State Department so that it can help Kenyans to invest."
