    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairman. I support the increment to this State Department. This Department is very critical particularly now that the President is moving around the world to look for opportunities and jobs for Kenyan citizens. Slashing or giving them a small budget will not give the Department the support it needs. I urge that the allocation be increased to a good percentage to help the Department carry out its mandate. The President was very clear that we need to increase the number of Kenyans working abroad. This is the Department charged with such activities. We cannot curtail their activities. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairman."
