    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairman. I support the appropriation and more specifically, the issue of the students. About Ksh5 billion was appropriated for the new funding formula. In the last budget, we had appropriated Ksh4.6 billion in the former funding model. As Hon. Oluoch has put it, there is enough money for the students, incomplete TVETS and the 15 that will be started. I support, Hon. Temporary Chairman."
