It looks like we are giving with the right hand and taking with the left hand. Looking at the capital expenditure, there is a reduction of close to Ksh5 billion. So, it is a net reduction from capital expenditure to recurrent expenditure. Again, as I asked earlier, I hope we are not facing any aspect of pending bills. Probably, you can clarify because we are reducing capital expenditure from Ksh7.6 billion to Ksh7 billion. What do you have to say?"
