    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairman. On this State Department, I commend the Budget and Appropriations Committee and the Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock. This amendment is increasing money for fertiliser and bringing more money to sugar reforms. At the same time, it is going to assure the country of food security and bring down the cost of living. This is a very good move. The Government is doing well in this particular aspect. I support the amendment."
