    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Chairman. I support what the Members have said. However, three things have not been mentioned. One, there is the re-introduction of the National Food Reserve. We used to have the Strategic Food Reserve, and now we have the National Food Reserve. We have allocated Ksh2 billion to it. We also have the procurement of dryers which we have allocated Ksh2.34 billion. This is a mitigation measure to ensure that we do not have huge post-harvest losses which amount to 40 per cent. The final thing is that we are not only looking at the fertiliser subsidy, but also having good seeds and seedlings. We have also put some money into the procurement of seedlings."
