    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairman. I support what the Chairperson of the Budget and Appropriations Committee has done. Nairobi County currently does not have enough secondary schools. The county cannot accommodate the current number of secondary school students. It relies on neighbouring counties and other parts of the country to accommodate its students. This allocation will enable students within Nairobi to access basic secondary education. I support the amendment."
