    "content": "The same will pervade in Thika, but resources are scarce. When I say urban poverty is real, there are places in this city where children do not go to school. Many of us do not believe it because it is said to be our capital city. There is competition for resources because Nairobi is assumed to be the Capital City. Hence, it has no need for infrastructure in its schools. I have traversed Nairobi City County. Please bear with its Members."
