    "content": "“A matter shall be considered sub judice when it refers to an active criminal or civil proceedings in the discussion and the discussion of such matter is likely to prejudice its fair determination.” If we were to discuss the Motion that is before us, even if it is before any court of law, that will not prejudice its fair determination. We should not stop dealing with it because the determination of this matter shall not be prejudiced just because we discussed it as a Motion in this House."
