    "content": "I am not very sure whether the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics is fully operational to know where we are, at whatever level. The issue of monitoring is very important for a Ministry like this one. I am not sure whether there is capacity in these areas. We want the Minister to show leadership. First, we want him to show leadership in the area of stimulus package as mentioned by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance in his Budget speech. We want that package to develop this country."
