    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I have read the UN Charter, Articles 43 and 45. The seconder of the Motion was wrong to make reference to Article 45 of the UN Charter. Article 45 of the UN Charter requires that state parties shall make available air forces contingencies to assist. It does not contemplate that police services will be provided. Assuming that this will be ignored and the services will be provided, we have not been told which services are to be deployed whether it is the General Service Unit (GSU) or another. We have not been told whether they are being trained together."
