    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I stand to support this Motion on sending our troops to Haiti. I sat in this Committee and I have asked all the questions Members are asking now on behalf of this House. At the initial stage when we had a meeting, we discussed sub judice which has been answered on the Floor of this House. We have precedence. Secondly, people have asked about the process of nomination, which we had asked on behalf of this House. It is a transparent process where individuals are subjected to interviews. Thirdly, we have been informed that there is a benefit accruing to this country as a result of sending our troops to Haiti. This is a good gesture. We have even asked whether there are security gaps as a result of sending our troops to Haiti. It has been confirmed to us that it is not the position. The benefit accruing is going to take care of the security challenges we have in the country. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, on the issue of welfare, I personally asked about this issue for those who are going to---"
