"content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, Mr. Nyamweya raised the issue of hon. Members being removed from the management of Constituencies Development Fund (CDF), let me assure him - unfortunately he is not here - that these are some of the issues that are being looked at by the task force. He also raised the issue of the Government master-plan. We have a master-plan which is the Vision 2030. Within that master-plan that we are following, we have the medium term plan for the first five years and we shall have other medium plans as soon as the first one is over. So, this is to confirm that the Vision 2030 is the master-plan for this country."
