    "content": "I have two or three observations to make on the President’s Speech that was delivered in this House. Firstly, I appreciate him on the issue of teachers. My constituency is full of graduates and primary school teachers. He took an initiative to employ more than 56,000 teachers. I appreciate him because it is a good thing. We saw the employment of very many teachers who had not been employed before from my constituency."
