When I look at the President’s Speech on pages 12 and 13, the President specifically talked about different cadres of the youth. He talked about the jua kali sector and further explained about engineers, architects, quantity surveyors, among other professions. Is it in order for Hon. Kibagendi to only focus on the negatives while ignoring all the positives? For example, on pages 12 and 13 all the positives have been clearly stated."
