"content": " Thank you, very much, Hon. Deputy Speaker. Last Thursday, we heard the State of the Nation Address by His Excellency the President. We are required to debate this Speech for the next three days. I know many people are saying that we are giving His Excellency the President accolades where they are not due. I started by saying that the Speech was given in a timely manner because Kenyans were expectant and wanted to hear what this Government has done in the last one year. It is not just the Government but we as Members of Parliament are also being called to book, and tell our constituents what we have done in the last one year.
