    "content": " Let me proceed, Hon. Temporary Speaker. Like I had said, I support the President’s Speech. One of the issues that caught my attention was making the Inspector-General of Police an Accounting Officer and making the NPSC fully independent. Secondly, the repayment plan of paying debts to a tune of Ksh500 billion is very much welcome. It is my plea that once that one has been executed, we consider areas that are still disadvantaged. For example, in Kajiado South, because of the heavy rains now, we have seen a lot of damages on our roads which will make them impassable and our people will not be able to transport their food and other produce."
