    "content": "We are very happy for the creation of 400 markets across the country. This will enable our people to transact their businesses well. We understand some of them are selling their goods in the kibandas, making them not to take advantage of the market because of the challenges posed by the weather changes. The President also talked about the Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) hub centres. These centres will make our country more digital and encourage our youths to take advantage of ICT because the world is moving towards that area."
