He also talked about coolers which will be supplied to the farmers in all our areas, including my constituency. There are some areas which have been pointed out where they will be installed. He also talked about Universal Health Coverage (UHC) which will make all our people access health facilities in all our hospitals. It will not allow people to conduct harambees in order to access health facilities."
