    "content": "I applaud the speech by the President and congratulate him for what he is doing. When you come into a new house, it is difficult to work things out as fast as people expect. During courting in relationships, we think marriage will be a bed of roses. Afterwards, we come to the realisation that it is harder than expected. When the President was elected, he did not think the country was in the ICU. He realised later that things were worse than expected. He is really trying his best to grow Kenya’s economy. As Members of Parliament, we pray for him to achieve the agenda he promised Kenyans. In concluding, there is one issue that has been caused by employees of the National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB). There are cartels that are buying subsidised fertilisers and selling to farmers across the country. I urge the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development to check on this and ensure that farmers get fertilisers at the subsidised price. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker."
