    "content": "The Government has done well in trying to support our universities. They were declared technically insolvent by the amount of huge debt that they had. However, the President has come up with a formula in the education sector of giving money to our institutions through student-based programmes. Every course is cost and it is supported by the Government. This will go a long way in making our universities function well by doing away with the current debt that they have."
