    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I had an opportunity to visit Kenya Wildlife Services (KWS) headquarters yesterday. This is in relation to a mzee from Marsabit County who died three weeks ago. He had crop destruction and had been waiting for this compensation for the last nine years. I was surprised to note that there are many approvals for compensation that are awaiting payment from the National Treasury.
