I want to know from the CS if it is possible for his Ministry to have a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the game reserve management and the people so that during the dry season, people are allowed to graze in the game reserves. The game reserves are a resource within our communities and I think the conflict should be managed in a manner that there should be some understanding, so that the locals can be allowed to graze with the understanding that that is an important resource for them. Is the Ministry able to engage communities under MoUs and allow people to graze in the game reserves with an understanding?"
