We had the Prime Cabinet Secretary and Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs and the Cabinet Secretary for National Treasury and Economic Planning. We had received communication from him that he is on official duties and has travelled outside the country. He has excused himself. Therefore, Question No. 18 will be deferred courtesy of a letter that came from the Office of the Cabinet Secretary. Secondly, the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport is to be here in a little while. He had conversed with the Chair and requested to join us in due course.
