Since this is a House of record, and together we are new Senators, we are learning, I think it is fair to say that what he has said and what is in the Standing Orders is different. He has quoted Standing Order No.126 to constitute a frivolous point of order yet Standing Order No.126 is on action to be taken on refusal to withdraw. It has nothing to do with frivolous points of order. Therefore, for purposes of this knowledge, he can read and quote the right Standing Order."
