    "content": "Thank you Mr. Speaker, Sir. While I thank the Assistant Minister for his answer, the delay in the release of this money has really caused havoc in our schools. The money which was released on 15th of January 2009, was the balance for last year. The money meant for January was released in March and to date no other money has been released. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I asked the Assistant Minister how the schools have been able to sustain the programmes and not how the Ministry has been able to sustain the programmes. Could he explain how our schools have been able to sustain the programmes up to date, now that they have just closed for second term without receiving any money meant for last term?"
