Let me clarify to Mr. Koech, that for this financial year, FPE funds, the first release was in September last year, the second and third release were done this calendar year. So there is no balance. As regards the release of the funds, the delay is not with the Ministry but with the office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry of Finance. If we get the money from the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, we release it straight away."
