    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. As I rise to contribute to the President’s speech, I remind my senior, Sen. Wamatinga, just yesterday morning, I came from Homa Bay County. That is a demonstration that not only the elected Senators go back to their constituents, but all leaders in the Senate and we are able to pick up issues from there.
