We are dealing with issues of overpopulated classrooms and understaffed schools. The slums are even worse. It is raining right now. It is hard for children and teachers to get to school. Let us not talk about the muggings and killings that teachers go through. Let us declare Kenya a hardship country. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
