    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I stand to express the feelings and wishes of many Kenyans in as far as the President’s Speech is concerned. Let me take cue from Hon. Zamzam, who said that as we debate this Speech, we should understand that we are here for the interest of Kenyans. Honestly, the way we debate is based on how they feel. When we stand in front of this chamber and debate from our thorax and mouth, the way Hon. Mohammed Ali was doing, honestly, it adds no value. We come here to debate issues because we are not at war. Allow me to say that to many, the President’s Speech was a very big disappointment. Let me take you to the time when we were campaigning.
