    "content": "On independent institutions, the President indicated, as it has been mentioned by many of my colleagues, that the first thing that he did that evening after being sworn in was to appoint the judges of the Court of Appeal. Secondly, he gave autonomy to the police by allowing the Inspector-General (IG) of Police to be the Accounting Officer. That brings accountability and it gives freedom to our independent institutions."
