    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for allowing me to comment on the President’s speech. First, I want to allay the fears of some Members who spoke earlier and said that the President is being misadvised by people who are close to him. The President was a Member of Parliament for 15 years. He was later a Deputy President and is now the President. He listens to people and understands Kenya.
