    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I appreciate the statement by the Cabinet Secretary concerning heightened alertness during this holiday season. I also urge him to include Busia County, and specifically Funyula Constituency in matters of heightened security surveillance. This is because of the emergence of a ragtag gang called 32 Brothers which consists of school going children aged 14 to 18 years. I urge him to ensure there is heightened surveillance during this holiday so as to minimise cases of stabbing, robbery and violent attacks. Thank you."
