Elachi who agreed to second this Bill. Hon. Temporary Speaker, I was out of the country attending the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) when this matter came up the other week. Therefore, I was not able to get every brief of what the Members said. However, I am told that the Members who spoke supported it. I wish to thank them all. I want to thank even the Members who have spoken today and the Woman Representative of Kirinyaga County. I thank Hon. Caroli. I thank my good friend, who is also a Member of the Parliamentarians for Global Action-Kenya Chapter that I lead. Thank you, Hon. Keynan and Hon. Melly for those kind words.
