    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to make my remarks on the Vote for the Ministry of Roads. I will start by congratulating the able Minister, Mr. Bett, for the eloquent way in which he presented his budget for this year. I also want to congratulate and thank him together with his Permanent Secretary and the entire team for the seriousness with which they take their work. We have seen them go around the country inspecting roads and touring construction sites to ensure that the contractors that have been given work to build our roads are doing a good job. I just want to encourage them to keep that up. I want to encourage them to keep that up. We want to see their presence all over the country."
