The work of contractors must be seen to be qualitative and fair in terms of pricing. There are quite a number of issues we must address. We are all saying that we need more roads, but there is no money that we give this Ministry. We must urge the Ministry of Finance to give more financing to the roads sector, because without roads, we cannot do other things."
