Members, the petitioners state that the NLC once again recommended that the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government was to identify persons to benefit from the settlement programme and that the identified persons were to be referred to the Land Settlement Fund Board of Trustees who were to identify and acquire land to resettle the squatters. Further, the estate of the private developer was to contribute 25 per cent of the costs of the resettlement."
