Allow me to appreciate the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning as I support Sessional Paper No.1 of 2023 on Kenya National Population Policy for Sustainable Development. The Report that has been tabled in this House is timely so to speak. Kenya is dynamic. So many things have been changing over time. This Sessional Paper was a revision of the 2012 Sessional Paper. There are so many things that have happened since 2012 The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
